Had the pleasure of purchasing 4 vehicles (Jetta, Tiguan (2) and Taos) here and servicing all my Volkswagens@ LOKEY>In my book they are the absolute best. I have only experienced one unsatisfactory purchase with one salesperson of whom I felt valued the sale more than valuing me as a long-term customer. I have been driving a VW since 2005 and still have it to this day with 226,000 miles. Won't trade the brand and or this dealership. VW for LIFE!

VW @ Lokey in Clearwater is the place for me! Since moving to Florida in 2019, I’ve visited several Volkswagen dealerships, but Lokey has truly stood the test of time. Danny in Service is an absolute gem. He always makes sure both my old 2005 Touareg and my newer Tiguan are serviced properly and treated with the care they deserve. Worst salesperson ever. I wanted to upgrade but got downgraded when finished with this individual. I realized the value of my 2023 Tiguan SEL R Line immediately after being sold and driving home a 2025 SE R Line. I have regreted that moment hours later, called this salesperson the next day regarding my feelings and he did absolutely nothing to assist me. He got his sale and I have ever since been stuck with a car that I have no fun riving but have to make payments. Never again.

Everyone was pleasant to work with from the time I arrived. Dominic provided many options for maintenance coverage and financing. I would recommend Lokey to anyone purchasing a car.

Process was easy, the options I wanted and needed were described and throuhly shown to me. Even options I didn't know about were exposed and compared between trim models. Inventory was nice and the different trims and I'd recommend Lowkey and the sales team to take care of questions and concerns.

He was extremely knowledgeable on every vehicle I test drove and listened to my wants and concerns. Although it was my purchase, I had hard to please parents involved with every step.
