We had a great experience with Josh! We came in to look at a certified pre owned Tiguan, and ended up leaving with a certified pre owned Tiguan that has nicer package! He was such a kind person and made it a fun experience! He was very knowledgeable about the different trim packages and the safety of the vehicle and made us feel so comfortable. He also worked well with Dominic in the finance department to get us the deal we were looking for! Both of them were incredible, we couldn’t have had a better experience at Lokey and will be doing business with them again in the future!

The service area is very nice with attentive service people. I was disappointed that my newly leased car with 80 miles on it needed service but there's something with the fuel line and we are smelling gasoline. They had to keep it for several days to fix it which was disappointing, but it got repaired and fixed

Despite a few little issues I had with my car in the beginning, Trevor listened to me, he was focused on solving the problem, and I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased . Trevor has very good customer service skills and he is patient. He knows Wolkswagen's vehicles, and took the time to explore what I needed. The company should continue investing time and efforts to qualify this young seller.
