It was good I came in knowing the car I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. The people at the dealership and myself came to a sale that benefited both the dealership and myself mutually.
Everyone was really nice and helpful. I had many questions and they were all answered and they didn't hesitate to answer and make me feel like I was being a pain. My sales person AUSTIN was AMAZING answering all my questions, being so nice, helpful, and so patient AND every time I call him he answers right away still to today. The service area is very nice with attentive service people. I was disappointed that my newly leased car with 80 miles on it needed service but there's something with the fuel line and we are smelling gasoline. They had to keep it for several days to fix it which was disappointing, but it got repaired and fixed

10/10 Austin gave a quick honest deal no fluff. Usually car deals are so annoying and laborious. Louis was in training and was also easy to work with. This is our 3rd car purchase at Lokey there is a reason why we keep coming back. If you are looking for a car ask for Louis or Austin. Pleasant & efficient. I had a great experience with the purchase of my vehicle while I was returning my leased vehicle. I wasn't pressured into buying, but I felt like they worked with me on what I was looking for & in the end I bought my vehicle from this dealership.
I wasn't really happy with my experience this time. They played the typical games... Where the "salesperson is on your side and the manager is the bad guy". A few weeks later I bought another car from Kuhn VW in Tampa and the process was so much better. I'll probably avoid Lokey for the foreseeable future.

Computer program wasn't working and we sat there for HOURS just waiting to complete the sale. We came back 2 days later and the guy doing the paperwork seemed unprepared because we waited for probably a half hour before he showed up in his office then finally came to get us. Our patience was definitely tested and this was unacceptable. Max was great and it wasn't his fault.

The purchase was great. The follow up to repair has not been so good. I was told the repair would take 2-3 days, we are now on day 6 with no definite answer of completion and no loaner vehicle nor transportation.

The vehicle was not ready to be test driven although I made an appointment in advance. Multiple sensors came on while driving and before we made it back from the test drive the gas light came on which was off putting. Alessio did what he could to help negotiate at rate. Really convenient and people want to do business with you. The store can use a facelift and maybe consider uniforms for the personnel, it looked a bit messy and chaotic trying to identify who does what. It will make it feel more professional.
I'm almost 9 months pregnant and was sold a car with a dent on the side of it without it being disclosed. When given the car fax they said PREVIOUS damage from minor accident not CURRENT damage. I have picture proof of the dent on the side of the car on the lot before I pulled off and when I told them about it they denied it. I’ve been a Lockey customer for over 10 years, and the experience has always been excellent. The sales representatives are great, and the technical support is outstanding.
I believe we were over charged due to the fact we were in a rush to get it done, my bad. You keep calling me to explain but since the "deal is closed" we were told you won't change a thing. So why would I waste my time asking any of your calls. It's pointless. If you call again, after reviewing my charges and can chage anything please leave it on my voicemail and I'll return the call. Deal was so fast I didn’t realize I bought my ID Buzz till I had bought it.
They gave me a final price quote and I got the check from my bank, came back a few days later, after Thanksgiving. Zero follow up on small requests. Sold me a jeep with no key just a working fob. The homelink was removed (rear view mirror). VIN said it came with one. The mirrors black finish is even different. I asked the sales person, Taylor, if i can get a key cut and a homelink installed. I was told its an as is sale by the used car manager. Sad way to do business. I will not recommend Lokey.
I wish I wasn’t guaranteed a vehicle even if the plan for the current vehicle fell through. Me and my children were supper excited for our new car only for it to be snatched away from us in the end. They were heartbroken and so was I. I feel like it was irresponsible for the salesperson and the finance department to have me sign an agreement and put money down on a car that they weren’t 100 percent sure I would be able to get.
